Cancellation Policy

Once a purchase is completed, customers have a 12-hour grace period to request a cancellation. During this time, we are happy to process a full refund with no questions asked.

After this window, the order will move into production and can no longer be modified, apart from changes to the shipping address.

We can update or adjust your shipping address as long as the order has not been dispatched.
